About Drosopigi

Drosopigi (Greek: Δροσοπηγή meaning breezy spring) is a town in Mani, Laconia.

First name of the village was Tserova and on 1998 Drosopigi village declared as one of the few Traditional Villages in Laconian Mani, by the Greek Archeology.

Drosopigi is built on a mountain around 400 metres above sea level. Drosopigi has Maniot towers.

Now Drosopigi has a population of 12 people only. In the summer people who moved from Drosopigi to Athens come for vacation, but off-season Drosopigi is deserted.
